Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz Honey syrup
- 3 Slices of fresh Ginger
- Garnish: Lemon wheel
Steps
- Muddle the ginger slices in a shaker.
- Add bourbon, lemon juice, and honey syrup; fill shaker with ice.
- Shake well until chilled, typically about 20 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel.
