Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 0.5 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- Champagne to top
- Lemon zest for garnish
Steps
- In a shaker filled with ice, combine the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Shake until well-mixed and chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a champagne flute.
- Slowly top up with Champagne.
- Twist the lemon zest over the glass to release its oils, then drop it in to garnish.
