Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Simple syrup
- A dash of Angostura bitters
- Mint sprig for garnish
Steps
- Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
