Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Whisky
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz Honey
Steps
- Combine the whisky, egg yolk, fresh lemon juice, and honey in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake without ice to combine the ingredients thoroughly (dry shake).
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled.
- Strain the liquid into a coupe or martini glass.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon, serve and enjoy your Golden Velvet Cocktail!
