Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Whisky
• 1 Egg yolk
• 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
• 1 oz Honey

Steps

1. Combine the whisky, egg yolk, fresh lemon juice, and honey in a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake without ice to combine the ingredients thoroughly (dry shake).
3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled.
4. Strain the liquid into a coupe or martini glass.
5. Garnish with a twist of lemon, serve and enjoy your Golden Velvet Cocktail!
