A bubbly cocktail to celebrate Global Champagne Day with a refreshing twist.

  • 1 part Grand Marnier
  • 1 sugar cube
  • 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
  • Top-up with Champagne


  1. Place a sugar cube at the bottom of a Champagne flute.
  2. Douse the sugar cube with 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
  3. Add a dash of Grand Marnier over the sugar cube.
  4. Slowly top-up the glass with Champagne so as not to disturb the sugar cube. Serve immediately and enjoy Global Champagne Day!
