Ingredients
- 1 part Grand Marnier
- 1 sugar cube
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- Top-up with Champagne
Steps
- Place a sugar cube at the bottom of a Champagne flute.
- Douse the sugar cube with 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
- Add a dash of Grand Marnier over the sugar cube.
- Slowly top-up the glass with Champagne so as not to disturb the sugar cube. Serve immediately and enjoy Global Champagne Day!
