Weekend Wind-down Whisky Sour


  • 2 oz (60ml) good quality bourbon
  • 3/4 oz (22ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz (15ml) simple syrup
  • Cherry for garnish
  • Lemon wheel for garnish


  1. Add bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
