Ingredients
- 2 ounces of gin
- 1 ounce of fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/2 ounce of elderflower syrup
- Top with prosecco
- Sprig of rosemary for garnish
Steps
- In a shaker, combine gin, grapefruit juice, and elderflower syrup. Shake until well mixed.
- Strain into a champagne flute.
- Top with prosecco.
