Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Honey
- Champagne to top up
- Lemon peel for garnish
Steps
- In a shaker, combine gin, lemon juice and honey with ice. Shake well until the honey is fully dissolved.
- Strain into a champagne flute.
- Top up the glass with champagne.
- Finally, garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
