Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Simple syrup
- 1/2 oz Egg white
- Cherry and orange slice for garnish
Steps
- In a shaker, combine the bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
- Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds to emulsify the egg.
- Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a cherry and an orange slice, then serve.
