Midweek Muse Mixer


  • 1.5 oz of your favorite Gin
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz Honey Syrup
  • 2 oz Chilled Green Tea
  • Sprig of fresh Mint for garnish


  1. Chill a cocktail glass. In a shaker, combine gin, lemon juice and honey syrup.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into the chilled cocktail glass.
