Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 3 drops orange bitters
- champagne to top
Steps
- In a shaker, combine gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and orange bitters.
- Shake well with ice and strain into a chilled champagne flute.
