Ingredients
- 2 oz of premium gin
 - 1 oz fresh lemon juice
 - 1/2 oz simple syrup
 - Chilled champagne
 - Lemon peel for garnish
 
Steps
- In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
 - Add ice and shake well until it's thoroughly chilled.
 - Strain the mix into a frosted champagne flute.
 - Top up with chilled champagne and gently stir once.
 - Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
