Ingredients
- 2 oz Green Chartreuse
- 1 oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
- 5 Fresh basil leaves
- 1 oz Simple syrup
- 1 oz Soda water
Steps
- Muddle basil leaves with simple syrup at the bottom of a shaker.
- Add Green Chartreuse and lime juice to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top up with soda water, give it a gentle stir.
- Garnish with a fresh basil leaf and enjoy responsibly!
