Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 2-3 dashes of Bitters
- Champagne to top off
Steps
- Combine gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters in a shaker full of ice.

- Strain into a champagne flute.
