Ingredients
- 2 oz bourbon
- 1 oz Grand Marnier
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- Champagne to top
Steps
- In a shaker filled with ice, combine the bourbon, Grand Marnier, lemon juice, and bitters.
- Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosty (about 20 seconds).
- Strain the mix into a glass.
- Top off with champagne. Serve immediately and enjoy the radiant glow of your Enchanted Ember.
