Ingredients
- 2 oz Cognac
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- Dash of Angostura Bitters
- Ice cubes
Steps
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add cognac, lemon juice, simple syrup, and a dash of Angostura bitters.
- Shake well until the outside of the shaker becomes frosty.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and serve immediately.
