Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- Prosecco to Top up
- Sprig of Mint for Garnish
Steps
- In a shaker, combine gin, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice.
- Fill shaker with ice, cover and shake until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a flute or collins glass.
- Top up with Prosecco.
- Gently stir to blend and garnish with a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
