Ingredients
- 2 oz Premium Dry Gin
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz Egg White (optional)
- 3 oz Club Soda
Steps
- In a shaker, combine gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white if opted.
- Shake vigorously to emulsify the egg white for about 15-20 seconds.
- Add ice into the shaker and shake again till cold.
- Strain into a glass and top with club soda.
- Gently stir to mix and savour the autumn serenity with each sip.
